I’m back with another recap of how my workouts went this week! I actually love writing it down in one spot so that I can see it all together! It’s probably completely boring to read but it helps me stay a little more accountable!
Wednesday, August 9: 30 minute run
Thursday, August 10: P90X Kenpo X– this is a boxing one which I actually love because it makes me arms feel like they’re going to fall off!
Friday, August 11: Rest Day
Saturday, August 12: ummm… another rest day? I’m discovering that if I take one day off then I want to take a second. oops. I did go to the park twice with the kids and did a lot of walking, so I wasn’t completely lazy!
Sunday, August 13: 10km run in the blazing heat! It was a little crazy but I found a new route which was a bonus!
Monday, August 14: Double header baseball game. I knew I would be sore later because we were down a few players so I was on third base which isn’t my usual position making me use muscles I don’t usually use. Yep–was definitely sore.
Tuesday, August 15: umm…another rest day? Again. This was not what I planned, but I was truly sore from Sunday and Monday and I was feeling exhausted. I took a nap and went to bed early. Also, how is it the middle of August?
So there you have it–my kinda slim workout week! This week will be better, I hope! Sometimes life just gets in the way! I did enjoy the Kenpo X video though so that was a nice variety of workout.
