I have so many half finished travel posts in the works right now but they all still remain exactly that–half finished! My week is too crazy to spend any time finishing my posts but they will be back! I love traveling, writing about it and forcing people to look at endless pictures!
Today I am traveling to some stores on the search for the perfect wedding dress for my amazing friend, Dani! (She is beside me in this picture)
I remember the first time I went wedding dress shopping with my mom. After we left the store I told her I didn’t actually want a wedding dress anymore. The sales lady was so incredibly rude and pushy that I was ready to forgo to whole white dress concept completely! I ended up going on a road trip with my mom, sister, grandma, mother in law & sister in law to the States where I found my dress. It was simple, non frilly and perfectly me. That first sales lady had told me I would never find a dress I loved if I didn’t buy that one in the store and that I would regret it. She was wrong–so wrong! Never let other people dictate your decisions. Maybe they’re not right!
Today our mission is a dress for Dani and I’m pretty confident it’s gonna happen:)
What’s on your agenda for today?
If you’re married–how was your dress shopping experience?!
