Short and sweet this week since I’ve already talked about my long run on the blog! I’m still trying to figure out my schedule and get up earlier to get more done! Eventually, I’ll get into a groove:)
Here you have it–what I did this week:
Wednesday, August 17: Rest day because I kinda, sorta skipped my interval run
Thursday, August 18: 5km run
Friday, August 19: consistent with the run skipping as I didn’t do my hill workout
Saturday, August 20: 20km long run done!
Sunday, August 21: OFF
Monday, August 22: baseball game which WE WON! Hooray! It was a really close game but we got the win!
Tuesday, August 23: 6km run in the afternoon sun
The goal for this week is to not skip so many runs! I am also doing Mud Hero on Saturday with Carmy so that should be interesting. I have exactly no upper body strength so it has the potential to be a total disaster as well!
