At the beginning of July I posted some goals for the month and just wanted to do a little update to share how I did! 2/4 isn’t too bad, right?!
Do my core exercises 4 times a week
I definitely have neglected my core and I can tell:( I did not meet this goal that’s for sure!
Cross train once a week
YES! I did some spinning, swimming, hiking and just regular walking. For me I count this as a win because I tend to do my scheduled workouts but then don’t stay active the rest of the day. Getting in some other activities has been great!
I did exactly zero meal prep. Anson has been trying to eat healthier which means my regular prep ahead meals have been a no go. I’m thinking about prepping lunches and dinners for the week for us and eating the exact same meals for a week at a time. I’ve seen some fitness people who do this and while it’s boring it seems doable. Anyone ever do this?
