This has been a weird week. I exercised exactly one time and I already talked about it in Monday’s post!
I haven’t been sleeping well (which is often a problem I have anyhow) and just feel plain exhausted for some reason.
I really want to be able to go to bed early and wake up earlier! I WANT TO BE A MORNING PERSON! How do I make this happen?! Anson falls asleep before 11 every night and sometimes before 10 (much to my dismay!). He often works 12-13 hour days so by the time he gets home he is exhausted. Even when I get up early and go, go, go all day (which isn’t that often if I’m being honest!) I still struggle to get to sleep at night!!
Why am I 35 and still can’t get my life together?! Maybe this will be the week I figure it out and wake spontaneously at 5AM ready to face the day….
